General changes and modification on the theme

In this document all changes that needs to be taken in to account when migrating to a new theme are reflected.

Pages not visible in the navigation

Some central pages like imprint or the privacy statement should not be shown in the navigation. In geekDoc a parameter can be used to hide pages from the navigation geekdocHidden: true. Pages in the content root seems also not be shown in the navigation.
